Oval Gear Flow Meter

The oval gear flow meter (positive displacement type) is specifically designed for accurate measurement of high-viscosity liquids (lubricating oil, asphalt, fuel oil, etc.), with an accuracy of ±0.5%/0.2%. Its purely mechanical structure requires no external power supply (except for models with signal output), making it suitable for explosion-proof or power-limited environments. Equipped with a pointer and digital counter, it provides direct display of cumulative and instantaneous flow rates on-site. The main body is available in cast iron or stainless steel. It is widely used in trade settlement in the petrochemical industry and for high-viscosity liquid filling and metering in the food and pharmaceutical industries.
