1. Product Performance
1.1 Measurement and Input Performance
- Channel Configuration: Fully isolated universal input, supporting up to 16 analog input channels. Digital input and pulse input can be flexibly expanded (to be specified when ordering), adapting to multi-parameter synchronous monitoring needs.
- Signal Compatibility: Covers voltage (0-5V, 1-5V, etc.), current (4-20mA, 0-10mA, etc.), thermal resistance (6 types including Pt100, Cu50), thermocouple (8 types including K, S), radiation pyrometer (F1/F2), WRe thermocouple, etc. The lead resistance of thermal resistance must be <10Ω with three-wire balance.
- Measurement Accuracy: Both real-time display and recall accuracy reach ±0.2%F.S., thermocouple cold junction compensation error is ±2℃, clock error is ±2 seconds/day, ensuring accurate and reliable data collection.
- Signal Processing: Supports 0-9.9 seconds filter time setting and 0.0%-99.9% signal cutoff range. Measurement deviation can be corrected through linear adjustment (Y=KX+B), effectively suppressing interference spikes.
1.2 Storage and Recording Performance
- Storage Capacity: Optional 64/128/192/248MB NAND FLASH memory, with serial FRAM for system parameters, permanently saved after power failure; stores up to 900,000 historical data records, 48 alarm records and 48 power failure records.
- Recording Interval: 11 levels optional (1/2/4 seconds to 240 seconds). The recording duration is related to flash capacity and number of channels. 248MB flash + 16 channels + 1-second interval can record for about 18 days, and 1 channel + 240-second interval can record for over 10 years.
- Data Security: Historical data is cyclically overwritten, and modifying recording interval or channel parameters does not affect existing data; supports USB 1.1/2.0 U disk (1G-32G) data transfer, compatible with industrial-grade U disks. The transferred files include historical data, alarm and power failure records.
1.3 Output and Communication Performance

Configuration login is divided into operator and administrator permissions (initial passwords 000000 and 100000 respectively). 2.3 Flow Compensation + PID Control for High Integration
- Built-in flow accumulation temperature-pressure compensation function, supporting 4 flow models including differential pressure type and vortex frequency type. Medium compensation covers 7 types such as superheated steam and natural gas. It can connect to temperature/pressure channels for real-time compensation, meeting industrial flow measurement needs.
- Optional 4-channel PID control loop, supporting manual/automatic switching. Parameters such as proportional coefficient and integral time can be adjusted, with integral separation function, which can directly drive actuators to achieve closed-loop control.
2.4 Flexible Communication + Data Traceability for Strong Practicality
- Dual communication interfaces can connect to upper computer and printer simultaneously. RS485 communication distance ≤1000 meters, RS232C communication distance ≤10 meters, supporting multi-instrument networking; optional timed printing function, supporting data, curve or combined printing with adjustable interval 1 second-120 minutes.
- Supports shift report, daily report and monthly report query, displaying monthly/daily/shift cumulative values and total cumulative values. Monthly reports can retain up to 13 months of data, and daily/shift reports can retain up to 32 days of data, automatically carrying over across months, adapting to energy measurement and cost accounting scenarios; transferred data files can be analyzed via dedicated upper computer software (PLR.EXE), supporting curve scaling and data export.
3. Main Functions
3.1 Data Acquisition and Monitoring
- Real-Time Acquisition: Synchronous collection of 16 channels of data. The overview screen displays 16 channels of data and percentage bar graphs on a single screen, with data and bar graphs turning red for alarms; supports group display (6 groups ×8 channels) with adjustable automatic switching cycle, making key parameters clear at a glance.
- Curve Monitoring: Real-time curve displays 8 channels of trends on a single screen, supporting curve display/hiding; historical curve supports fixed-point and continuous recall with adjustable time scale (1 second-60 seconds/grid) and 1-8x scaling for convenient data trend retrospective.
- Flow Calculation: Supports 4 flow models including differential pressure type, linear type and vortex frequency type. It can set instrument coefficient and flow cutoff value. Medium compensation supports temperature-pressure external compensation or given value, automatically calculating instantaneous flow and total cumulative value with 15 cumulative units including m³/h and Kg/h.
3.2 Alarm and Control Functions
- Alarm Function: Supports 4 alarm types: upper upper limit, upper limit, lower limit and lower lower limit. Each channel can independently set alarm threshold, hysteresis (0-99999) and delay (0-60 seconds). 6 relays can be associated with different alarm types. Alarm records include alarm/clear time and channel information.
- PID Control: Optional 4-channel PID control loop. The process variable (PV) can be associated with any input channel, and the set value (SV) supports internal or external given. The output value (MV) ranges from 0.0%-100.0%, with proportional, integral and differential adjustment and integral separation function, adapting to closed-loop control scenarios such as temperature and pressure.
3.3 Data Management and Output
- Data Transfer: Automatically recognizes U disk when inserted, supporting backup of all or specified time period (start-end time can be accurately set) data. Files are named "date + serial number" and stored in the PLR folder of the U disk. Reports can be exported via upper computer software.
- Printing Function: RS232C interface connects to a micro printer, supporting automatic printing (by set interval) and manual printing (specified time period). Printing content can be data, curve or combination of both, supporting 3 custom titles (8 Chinese characters) to meet on-site data retention needs.
- Report Query: Supports shift report, daily report and monthly report query, displaying monthly/daily/shift cumulative values and total cumulative values. Monthly reports can retain up to 13 months of data, and daily/shift reports can retain up to 32 days of data, automatically carrying over across months, adapting to energy measurement and cost accounting.
3.4 System Configuration and Maintenance
- Configuration Settings: Supports 9 types of configuration including system (date, recording interval, etc.), input (signal type, range, etc.), output (transmission, power distribution, etc.) and communication (baud rate, address, etc.). Administrator permission can modify all parameters, while operator permission can only modify input, backup and printing parameters.
- Maintenance Functions: Supports clearing alarm/power failure lists and factory reset (use with caution). Configuration parameters can be exported to a U disk for backup and imported later for recovery, reducing reconfiguration workload; equipped with self-diagnosis function for quick troubleshooting of common issues such as communication and USB transfer.
