  • Medium and Viscosity Adaptability: Capable of measuring viscous media such as heavy oil, resin, glue, and hydraulic oil with a maximum viscosity of 10000Pa·s.   • Based on the positive displacement measurement principle, the gear meshing rotation quantitatively accommodates and discharges fluid in the cavity. The measurement accuracy is not affected by flow velocity distribution or pressure fluctuations, with strong data repeatability.
  • Adopts magnetoelectric induction sensing, with the sensor not in contact with the medium, avoiding corrosion and wear, and reducing failure points; each tooth corresponds to one pulse, with high resolution, enabling small-volume quantitative measurement.

  • Compact design (minimum outer diameter Φ83mm) and light weight, supporting horizontal installation (recommended) and vertical installation (fluid flow from bottom to top), adapting to narrow installation spaces; diverse connection methods to meet different installation needs such as thread, flange, and ferrule.
  • No clogging design during operation, long maintenance cycle (recommended once every three months). During maintenance, operation can be performed through the bypass pipeline without affecting normal fluid transmission; the filter only needs regular cleaning, and the internal gear is easy to disassemble and clean. After replacement, it can be put into use after recalibration.

2.4 Rich Signal Output + Adjustable Parameters for Strong Adaptability

  • Supports three output methods: pulse, analog, and RS485, which can be directly connected to counters, PLC, DCS and other systems; strong compatibility with Modbus communication protocol, with optional baud rate 1200~38400 and adjustable device address 1~247.
  • Flow unit (L, m³, USG, Kg, etc.), decimal places, small signal cutoff, alarm threshold and other parameters can be set through the menu, with adjustable damping time 0.1~30.0 seconds, adapting to different measurement and control needs.

3. Main Functions

3.1 Accurate Flow Measurement and Accumulation

  • Instantaneous Flow Measurement: Based on the formula Q=F×60/K (Q is instantaneous flow in L/min, F is output pulse frequency in Hz, K is flow coefficient in P/L), real-time calculates and displays instantaneous flow, supporting multi-unit switching (L/h, m³/h, etc.).
  • Cumulative Flow Statistics: Automatically counts total cumulative flow, supporting total reset and preset functions. The total unit can be customized (L, m³, Kg, etc.), with 0~3 adjustable decimal places, meeting measurement traceability needs.
  • Small Signal Processing: Supports 0.0%~9.90% range small signal cutoff function to avoid low-flow interference and ensure the validity of measurement data.

3.2 Signal Output and Communication

  • Pulse Output: 3-wire connection (brown +11~26V, blue GND, black IN), optional pulse equivalent 0.001~9999.0L/pulse, adjustable pulse width, suitable for flow counting and quantitative control.
  • Analog Output: 4-20mA current output, with flow values corresponding to 4mA and 20mA settable through the menu, supporting flow direction identification (4~20mA for forward direction, 0~4mA for reverse direction), adapting to closed-loop control of control systems.
  • RS485 Communication: Supports Modbus-RTU/ASCII protocol, enabling remote reading of instantaneous flow, cumulative flow, device status and other data, and remote parameter setting for convenient centralized management.

3.3 Alarm and Control Functions

  • High/Low Alarm: Supports setting of high flow alarm (1.00%~99.00% of range) and low flow alarm (0.00%~99.00% of range), with alarm contact capacity ≤30mA (24VDC), which can link external equipment to realize abnormal early warning.
  • Quantitative Control: Built-in batch controller, which can realize quantitative delivery control through pulse output or relay output. The quantitative value is set in the menu, suitable for chemical batching, food filling and other scenarios.

3.4 Parameter Calibration and Setting

  • Instrument Calibration: Supports current zero calibration (range 3.0~5.0mA) and current full-scale calibration (range 19.0~21.0mA), automatically completing calibration by inputting the measured value of the multimeter to ensure the accuracy of analog output.
  • Linear Correction: Supports 11-segment linearization correction, setting correction points from high to low frequency to optimize measurement accuracy in different flow segments. To cancel correction, simply input "0" for the number of linear segments.
  • System Setting: Core parameters such as fluid type, caliber, and instrument coefficient can be set, supporting password protection (factory password 052500) to prevent misoperation, and parameters are not lost after power failure.
